What materials do you work with?

At A.lux, we primarily work with Gold Plated and Stainless Steel.

Gold Plated: It has a beautiful and elegant finish. It can last a long time if properly cared for. It requires avoiding water, chemicals, and friction to maintain its shine.
Stainless Steel: It is a resistant, waterproof material that does not rust or change color easily. Perfect for daily wear.

How long do shipments take?

We prepare your order within 1-2 business days.

Once processed:

You will receive all your order information and tracking via email. Please check your inbox and spam folder.

All shipments are made via USPS.

What happens if my order is returned?

If the package is returned to A.lux due to an incorrect or unclaimed address, the customer must cover a new $5 shipping fee for re-delivery.

Refunds are not issued for returned orders that were not delivered due to customer error.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

No. All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

If your item arrives with a defect, you have 24 hours from the time you receive your order to contact us with a photo and order number.

Are the packages reusable?

Yes, most of our packaging is reusable.

We have two models of reusable A.lux pouches, ideal for storing your jewelry or using them as mini cases for your daily essentials.
