Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times after the order has been shipped are:

• Puerto Rico: 1-2 business days.

• United States: 4-5 business days.

These times may vary during high-demand seasons, holidays, or situations beyond our control related to the shipping company.

Tracking Information

It is important to correctly provide your email address when making a purchase, as you will receive the shipping confirmation and the tracking number for your order there.

Incorrect Addresses and Packages Marked as Delivered

A.lux is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Once the package appears as delivered according to the shipping company's tracking information, A.lux is not responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered packages. We recommend verifying the provided address and monitoring the order's tracking.

Packages Returned to Sender

If a package is returned to A.lux due to an incorrect address, failure to claim, or any other reason attributable to the customer, we will communicate via email.

To make a new shipment, the customer must cover the corresponding shipping cost again.
